In senior citizen residences, HUD controlled properties and apartment
complexes we specialize in turn-over and cycle painting. From 20 to 300 unit
buildings, we cover all interiors as well as exteriors.

After all preparation work is completed (i.e. taping spackling, wall paper
removal), apartment is painted throughout with off-white flat paint with
kitchen, bath and doors in off-white semi-gloss paint.
